FORM FIT® Hydrogel Canalicular Plugs
FORM FIT® is a one-size plug solution designed for long-term occlusion. Once inserted into the canaliculus, FORM FIT® hydrates in approximately 10 minutes and increases in size until it completely fills the vertical canalicular cavity.
Made from a safe and biocompatible hydrogel material, the plug expands into a soft, pliable, gelatinous material when it contacts tear film. FORM FIT® securely conforms to the vertical canaliculus without the need for a cap on the end of the plug.

SOFT PLUG® Silicone Punctum Plugs are designed for long-term occlusion. The distinctive low-profile cap combined with softer, flexible silicone is designed to maximize patient comfort.
The product is available with two inserter options and can be removed with forceps according to the instructions for use.

SOFT PLUG® Flow Control
SOFT PLUG® Flow Control is designed for long-term occlusion with partial drainage. The distinctive low-profile cap combined with softer, flexible silicone is designed to maximize patient comfort.
The plug features a center channel that allows for partial tear flow. The inserter minimizes the potential for accidental release of the plug, and the plug is removable with forceps according to the instructions for use.

SOFT PLUG® Collagen Intracanalicular Plugs are designed for temporary occlusion. The plugs have a smooth proprietary finish that simplifies insertion and are suitable for short-term, diagnostic, and postsurgical occlusion.
The absorbable material is designed to last for approximately 2–5 days, allowing patient acceptance to be evaluated.
